Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Duration & Schedule

Standard dress and suit rentals are valid for a duration of three (3) days:

• Day 1 (Collection): Pickup from our studio 1 to 2 days prior to your scheduled event.
• Day 2 (Event Day): The celebratory occasion.
• Day 3 (Return): Return of the gown to the studio by 5:00 PM the day following the event.

Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and a ₱1,000/day late return surcharge.

2. Reservation & Security Deposit

A 50% reservation downpayment is required upon signing the rental agreement to lock the gown and event date. The remaining balance plus a refundable security deposit (typically ₱3,000 to ₱5,000 depending on gown tier) is payable upon gown collection.

The security deposit is refunded in full upon return inspection, provided the garment is in good order without irremediable damage.

3. Alterations Policy

To preserve the integrity of our designer collections, no customer or unauthorized tailor may cut, scissor, permanently alter, or dye any rented garment.

All fitting adjustments (corset laces, bustier tightening, temporary hem tacks) are carried out exclusively by Lyn's Bridal Boutique master seamstresses free of charge.

4. Cleaning & Post-Event Care

Do not wash or dry-clean the rented garment yourself. Professional museum-grade dry-cleaning is already included in your rental fee. Our boutique utilizes specialized eco-friendly solvents designed for delicate silks, tulles, and beaded laces.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the event of wedding date changes due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the reservation deposit may be transferred to a new date within 6 months, subject to gown availability.
