How to Measure
1. Bust
Wear a lightly lined bra. Measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
2. Waist
Measure the narrowest part of your natural waistline — usually just above the navel — without sucking in.
3. Hips
Measure the fullest part of your hips, with feet together and the tape level all the way around.
4. Hollow to Hem
For gowns: measure from the hollow at the base of your neck straight down to where you want the hem to fall.
